AlgoFlamingo provides SaaS products including FlockRoute, Ops Manager, GloboGo, Admissions CRM, and Mengnohellef. Services are provided "as is" and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time with reasonable notice.

You agree not to use our services to:

• Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or compromise our systems
• Impersonate other users or AlgoFlamingo staff
• Transmit malicious code, spam, or unauthorized advertising
• Interfere with the proper functioning of our services

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and other intellectual property on AlgoFlamingo properties are owned by AlgoFlamingo or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.

AlgoFlamingo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to AlgoFlamingo in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these terms or for any other reason we deem appropriate to protect our services and users.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved exclusively in Philippine courts.
